About Acne:
Acne is a very common problem these days and it’s not limited to a particular part of the world but people everywhere get it at some point of their age. Many thinks that once you are over 20, it is very unlikely to have Acne because it is mostly associated with Adult age and Puberty but it is not true and you can have Acne at any point of age in your life. Basically Acne is a very simple problem if we want to explain it; dirt and debris stuck under the hair ducts on your skin and this causes ache and redness on the outer shell of the skin. If the duct is ruptured by severe Acne, it causes pimples and that’s the worst part of Acne for teenage boys and girls.
Brief description of Acne:
When we talk about Acne, there are many things that we can discuss including the causes, types, symptoms and treatment but the most important thing is to understand if you have Acne problem because it is very likely that you simply have a pimple and you want to treat it like Acne and if this is the case, it can make your problem worse. Unlike a few decades back, now people have Acne very often and we can say that air pollution is a big cause of this problem but personal hygiene also effects it to. When you spend a lot of time outside and you don’t take care of your skin accordingly, it can cause Acne. This will start with the dirt and air debris collecting in the open pores and ducts under the hair. There are several stages of Acne i.e. it starts with simple debris in the hair ducts and leads to pimples and permanent marks on the skin. It is blackhead when the Acne is caused in open pores and its whiteheads when the pores are completely blocked and when the skin around the ducts is damaged, it takes shape of a pimple.
Basic things to know and understand about Acne:
The first and probably the most important thing to know about Acne is that not all types of Acnes are severe and when you see a tiny red bump on your skin, don’t think of it as Acne because there are many other things that can cause red bumps on skin. Another thing to understand it that if you are very sure that you have acne, don’t do anything without proper checkup and diagnoses because the skin specialist knows your skin better than you and if he thinks it’s necessary, he will recommend a treatment for you.
Another important thing to understand is that Acne is mostly caused by the hormonal change in your body when you grow up which means by the time you hit puberty, your body changes and it causes disruption or disturbance in the body glands and results in Acne. If you have mild acne, there is no need to do anything because it will go away in a few days and won’t leave any marks on your skin but if you do severe treatment for mild acne, it can lead to difficult situations where you will be left with permanent black marks on your skin.
If it is very important and necessary to treat the Acne, you should try to stick with home remedies and find a natural solution for the problem because the more you stay out of medical treatment, the better your skin will look after the acne is gone. There are medicine and treatments available for treating acne but they are only recommended when there is no natural or simple way to treat severe type of Acne on your skin.
